Projects
The WISE-Foundation currently supports a number of projects in different areas of United States and India.  The following is a list of our project completed projects:

Completed:

  • Tsunami Relief:  December 2006.  The WISE Foundation funded relief for this tragedy by supporting the emergency relief measures and reconstruction undertaken by Project Hope in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.  We built a home, school, vocational traning center and medical clinic for 200 widows and 300 orphans from the Tsunami. 
  • Women's Center:  September 15, 2008 -- Funded a vocational training school for 400 women in Rishikesh, India.
  • Computer Centers:  Established in 2005 and 2006 to aid students at the Parmarth Ashram Orphanage, Rishikesh, India in research and studies.  
  • Rural Community Health (RCH) Care:  November 2006 and 2007 --  Funded health and education activities for poor tribal areas of Dharampur in partnership with ARCH (www.archvahini.org).
  • Maternal and Child Health MCH program:   June 2008 -- The WISE Foundation donated a new fully equipped ambulance and a fully furnished Lab containing an autoanalyzer, sonogram, blood cell counter and an other diagnostic equipment to ARCH (www.archvahini.org). 
  • Campo YMCA, Valrico, FL:  2005 through 2010 --  Donated 150 yoga mats and 150 blankets, 350 backpacks filled with school supplies, sponsored meals for multiple families during Thanksgiving holiday and provided toys for needy children during the Christmas holidays.
  • Brandon/Dover/Riverview: 
      • September 2009 -- Provided 350 Backpacks to needy schoolchildren
      • December  2009 -- Provided 200 Blankets to needy families at Christmas
      • Provided funds to build Vietnamese Cultural Community Center (Orlando)
      • 2010:
        • Provided 400 lbs of rice, 400 lbs of beans, 200 cans of fruit and 50 cereal boxes to migrant families whose children attend school in Dover FL.
        • Provided underwear and other clothing to 250 boys and girls at the Campo YMCA.
  • Tampa  2010: 
      • Provided financial donation that allowed up to 1,000 children to swim for free in the cities public pools.
      • Provided Ice Machine, 20 football helmets with face masks, 4 blocking shield and other sports equipment to the East Tampa Bandits inner city youth football team.
  • Best Buddies:  Founder of Jacksonville FL Chapter.
